Delivery and return policies

For TEETH GRILLZ:

  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on teeth grillz and on any personalized jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalized for you in any way.
  • We guarantee that our teeth grillz will fit on the teeth impression you send us, but we cannot guarantee the fitting in your mouth as the teeth impression might not be 100% accurate.
  • If you cancel the order after we sent you the impression kit please note that GoldMine Teeth Grillz SRL will charge the price of the impression kit, plus the shipping fee.
  • Please note that after we receive the impression of your teeth and we start manufacturing the teeth grillz we cannot offer any refunds.

For APPAREL:

  • You can return an item from the “Shop apparel” section on our online store within 20 days of the delivery date. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. So before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The product you wish to return:

- must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;

- must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;

- must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;

- must be sent in its original packaging;

- must be shipped back to our office within twenty 20 days of the date of delivery;

- must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

  • If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), with the exception of the shipping costs.
  • Please use the original shipping box/bag and packaging materials. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address: GOLDMINE TEETH GRILLZ SRL, 19 XENOPOL STREET, AP. 1B, SECTOR 1, BUCHAREST, ROMANIA 010472.
  • When paying for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our location will be credited back to your account.
  • Once your package reaches our office, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Changes to orders: Because all orders are processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time in order to change or cancel your order before your order is fully processed.   • Refund policy: Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this website as non-returnable.
  • Force majeure: GoldMine Teeth Grillz SRL shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
